Check compatibility first

Device requirements, mounting, power and connection options must suit the property. Residential electrical licensure is pending. Electrical alterations requiring authorization are reviewed separately before acceptance.

Understand what is included

Service visits and project work are individually quoted. Applicable visit charges, travel and payment terms are explained before scheduling. Equipment, installation and any setup assistance are specified in your estimate.

Can I use a device I already own?

Share the device model and manufacturer’s requirements before scheduling. Suitability, access and power arrangements will be reviewed. Subscription fees and manufacturer account requirements are separate from installation.

What about accounts and privacy?

Keep control of your own manufacturer account and credentials. Camera placement and settings should respect your household’s privacy. Recording features, storage and alerts depend on the device and any manufacturer subscription.
