Refund Policy

At Neubaum Electric, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality service. Because our work involves labor, time, and materials, the following refund terms apply.
Service Labor
Labor performed on site is non-refundable once the service has been completed. By authorizing work to begin, the customer agrees to pay for time and labor provided.
Diagnostic Service Calls
Diagnostic service fees cover time spent troubleshooting and identifying issues. These fees are non-refundable once the visit has been completed.
Materials & Parts
Materials supplied by Neubaum Electric are quoted and approved before purchase. Returns of materials may be subject to supplier return policies, restocking fees, or non-returnable conditions. Refunds for materials, if applicable, will be adjusted accordingly.
Neubaum Electric is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Warranty claims for products may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Neubaum Electric is not responsible for the performance or compatibility of customer-supplied products. Labor related to installing these items remains non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction or Service Concerns
If a customer believes work was not completed properly, they must notify Neubaum Electric within a reasonable time so the issue can be reviewed. We are committed to addressing legitimate workmanship concerns.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before service begins will not incur labor charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Completed labor
• Diagnostic time
• Changes of mind after work is finished
• Pre-existing conditions
• Code upgrades required by safety standards
