Send photos of the room, existing fixture and controls. Include the replacement make and model, ceiling height, preferred look and any dimmer or smart-control requirements.

Review compatibility and scope

Fixture weight, mounting, access and the existing installation affect the work. Residential electrical licensure is pending. Any work requiring that authorization is reviewed before acceptance. New circuits and wiring changes are not standard inclusions.

A clear estimate before scheduling

Where applicable, a $150 service visit includes travel and up to the first hour of service. Smaller work may be completed during that visit. Larger projects or work beyond the included scope can be quoted separately. Service visits and project work are individually quoted; charges and payment terms are explained before scheduling. Product supply and old-fixture removal are estimate-specific.

Can I choose my own fixture?

Share the model and manufacturer’s instructions before purchasing or scheduling. Compatibility with the location, support, bulbs and controls must be reviewed. Additional materials are included only when stated in your estimate.

What about flickering or buzzing?

Describe the symptoms and when they occur. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe. A problem may involve more than the fixture; fault diagnosis and electrical repairs require separate scope review and appropriate authorization.
