Send the fan make and model, room and ceiling photos, ceiling height and details of the existing fixture or fan. Include any remote, wall control or speed-control preferences.

Confirm the installation scope

The fan, support, controls, access and existing installation affect the scope. Residential electrical licensure is pending. Work requiring that authorization is reviewed before acceptance; new wiring or circuits are not standard inclusions.

Review your estimate

Where applicable, a $150 service visit includes travel and up to the first hour of service. Smaller work may be completed during that visit. Larger projects or work beyond the included scope can be quoted separately. Service visits and project work are individually quoted; charges and payment terms are explained before scheduling. Product supply and removal are estimate-specific.

Can I supply my own fan?

Share the fan model and installation instructions before scheduling. Compatibility with the ceiling, support and controls must be reviewed. Additional materials are included only when stated in your estimate.

What if there is a problem?

Describe any wobble, unusual noise or control issue in your request. Stop using equipment that appears unsafe. Fault diagnosis and electrical repairs require a separate scope review and appropriate authorization.
