Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Appointments are scheduled for a specific time window. Please ensure access to the work area when the technician arrives. Service calls include up to 45 minutes on site. If additional time is required, hourly labor will be discussed and approved before continuing. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. If the issue changes from what was originally described, pricing may adjust based on actual conditions. Materials supplied by Neubaum Electric must be approved before purchase. Payment is due upon completion of work.
